Janko is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a former college basketball player. He knows firsthand the dedication, discipline, and smart training it takes to perform at a high level. Now, he’s turned that experience into a passion for helping others reach their goals—whether that’s building strength, improving athletic performance, or becoming more confident in and out of the gym.
Whether you're training for sport, recovering from injury, or looking to elevate your fitness, Janko focuses on progression, proper technique, and long-term results. He combines technical knowledge with real-world coaching experience to guide clients through individualized, structured, and effective training programs.
